Testimonial"As an endurance athlete, I am very particular as to who I see for Physical Therapy, because a PT that works with Athletes is vastly different than your average PT. Dr. Val Lowe @ Physiopath is one of the only physiotherapists I’ve found that understands me as an athlete. Over the past 10+ years, Val has treated and counseled me through countless(not kidding, I can’t count them) injuries and helped me to successfully achieve a number of my goals. Since Val moved out of my area, I have struggled to find a practitioner that can provide the same level of relief ,strengthening and overall guidance. Despite the distance between us, I still rely on Val’s support and always will".

What Kind of Space Do I Need for My at-home Physical Therapy Session?
It's best if you have a space that can fit a therapy table measuring 6ft x 3ft. Having a bit of extra room for standing exercises would also be great. Your comfort and convenience matter to us!
What Should I Wear?
Dress in comfy clothes that allow us to see the body part being assessed.
- If we're checking out your hips, legs, knees, or feet, shorts are great.
- For your neck, shoulder, or arm, a tank-top is the way to go.
- If it's your lower back, a t-shirt and comfy pants work well.
How long are the sessions?
- First Assessment: Around 1.5 hours
- Follow-up Visits: Up to 1 hour
What If I'm Not Cool with Needles?
No worries at all! Dr. Lowe will only use dry needling if you're on board. But if needles aren't your thing, she's got other skills up her sleeve to help you reach your goals. Your comfort matters!
